Double check that you are entering the correct reading, from the correct meter, with no typos.
If your reading is correct, check that the reading entered last month is correct.
The readings entered for the last three months are provided on the enter reading page for reference.
If all of your readings are correct, please email email@example.com and include the rejected meter value, meter date and error message along with your PTS ID. If you do not know how to find your PTS ID you can send the rejected reading with confirmation of your system's address.
Note: PTS cannot accept meter readings over the phone.
