Corrections to system information must be approved by the Department of Energy Resources (DOER). If you are working with an aggregator, you should first contact them so they can handle this request for you. They will then submit a Change Request form to DOER.SREC@mass.gov.
Once the correction is approved, DOER will notify PTS to update the database.
Production reporter changes do not need DOER approval and can be emailed directly to PTS at firstname.lastname@example.org.
