How do I submit an application?
- Go to the PTS Login page and sign in with existing User ID, which should already be assigned Applicant privileges.
- Once logged into PTS, select the Registration menu tab and then select “SREC II Systems” to launch SQA.
- At the next page, select the “SREC II Full Form App” from the dropdown menu.
- Select "SREC II Full Form App" for non-rebated and Solar Loan Program systems.
- Select "SREC II Rebated System App" for systems that received a rebate from MassCEC.
- Select “Register System” to create a new non-rebated application.
- Complete the application by entering the necessary data into the fields in each tab.
- The application saves automatically when you change tabs. You can also save and return to the queue by changing the application status to Saved.
- Once all the required information is entered, you can submit the application to DOER by changing the status to Submitted.
