Clean Peak Standard - System Registration, SQA, and DAS Approval Average Timeframes

In order to participate in the CPS Program, resources must register in PTS and submit a separate SQA application upon registration approval.  If not already qualified as a CPS DAS Reporter, Reporter organizations must also complete an application process.  The tables below are meant to serve as a general reference for stakeholders on the average application processing times involved in program qualification, and target dates for submissions to be able to participate in each quarter.  

Average Timeframe - PTS Registration Submission to SQA and CPTS Registration

*Applications submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information may experience longer-than-average processing times. *Applicants using a DAS Reporter that has not yet been approved for the CPS program at Step 5 (CPTS Registration) may experience delays until final DAS approval and registration are completed. (Refer to the accompanying quarterly submission deadlines in the DAS Provider Application section.) Please Note: The submission deadline for In-Quarter Participation indicates the cutoff date to ensure participation within a specific quarter. However, all system program participation becomes effective based on the DOER SQA Application approval date.
