Is MassCEC PTS a Class I REC Independent Verifier?

Currently, MassCEC PTS can only serve as the independent verifier of production for Class I Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) for systems that have transitioned from the SREC program to Class I RECs. We are not able to verify production for newly registered Class I systems.
