This is the portal to submit a new system to be registered in PTS.

Only new systems should be submitted. If you need to update your system information, please see How Do I Update My System Information?

Energy storage systems must be registered here before they can be added to a CPS Statement of Qualification Application. For more information about applying to CPS, please see How Do I Qualify My Renewable Energy System for Clean Peak Standard Credits?

SMART PV systems are sent to PTS for registration by DOER. They do not need to be manually registered.
