How do I manually report production on a mobile device?

While PTS’ recommends reporting production data using a personal computer, this page will provide guidance for users accessing www.masscec-pts.com on their personal phones or laptops. The steps are the same as found in How do I manually report production? 

1. During the reporting window, login to www.masscec-pts.com. Please note that you may need to scroll down on the page to view the Login buttons.  

   

   

2. Select “Enter production data” from the dashboard menu on the left. You will need to collapse the menu by selecting the double arrows found directly above the  Dashboard option, see below. This allows you to proceed with the next step. 

   

3. Select the pencil icon under Enter Reading 

   

4. A pop-up will appear that displays the production data entry form, fill out the boxes. You may need to scroll down on your screen to access the Submit button.  

   

Note:

Your reported production data will need to pass validation. If it fails, you will be prompted to update it and re-submit. At that time, you will be afforded the ability to upload an image of your meter to support your production report.
