How do I report a meter swap to PTS?

Please send the following information to PTS at [e-mail]. We cannot complete the swap until all pieces of information are provided. If you do not have your meter swap information, please contact the installer that completed your swap.

• PTS ID
• The make and model of the new meter
• Last reading on the old meter (taken on the date of the swap)
• Meter swap date
• Initial meter reading on the new meter (taken on the date of the swap)
• The new meter's end of month reading (taken during the 10-day reporting window) from the most recent reporting window available

You will also need to notify your automatic reporter, if you are working with one, so they can record the swap on their end. They will then need to confirm the new meter's initial reading and subsequent end of month reading to ensure the swap is recorded correctly and production reporting is not further interrupted.
