How do I manually report production?

To enter production data for your system:

1. Click on ENTER PRODUCTION DATA in the navigation menu.
2. The systems that are available to report production are listed in the Systems to Report grid.
   
3. Click on the pencil icon under the ENTER READING heading. A pop-up box will open showing the last three months of production data and a section to enter the Current Meter Reading.
   
   
4. Optional: Select the METER. Most systems only have one meter which will be selected by default.
5. Enter the METER VALUE
6. Enter the reading DATE by clicking the calendar and selecting it or simply type it in.
7. Optional: Enter the reading TIME by clicking the clock and selecting the time or simply type it in. The current time is entered as the default.
8. Click SUBMIT

Note:

• If there is only ‘AR’, and no pencil icon, in the ENTER READING column, then these systems are not available for manual production reporting. They must be reported to the platform using the Automated Reporting API.
• Production reporting can only happen during the open reporting window which starts five days before the end of the month until end of the fifth day of the month.
• Your reported production data will need to pass validation. If it fails, you will be prompted to update it and re-submit. At that time, you will be afforded the ability to upload an image of your meter to support your production report.
