Change Request: How Do I Access the Online Form?

Only the GIS Account Holder or System Owner have access to the Online Change Request form.

1. Log into https://www.masscec-pts.com/ with your PTS email and password.
2. Select the “Change Requests” tab in the navigation menu on the left.
3. The Manage Change Requests page will open where you can View or Manage the available systems or existing requests.
