Only system owners and aggregators can submit a Production Reporter Change Request. Please contact PTS at pts@masscec.com if you have questions or concerns.
Initiate the Request
Initiate the request through Manage Change Requests page:
The requester can follow the outlined steps to initiate a Production Reporter Change
Request via Change Requests tab:
Step 1: Press “Change Requests” on the left navigation tab
Step 2: Select a system in Systems tab
Step 3: Press “Create” button on top of the page
Step 4: Press Create button under “Production Reporter Contact”
Initiate a Change Request through “View System Information” page:
The requester can follow the outlined steps to initiate a Production Reporter Change Request
via Change Requests tab:
Step 1: Press “View System Information” navigation tab
Step 2: Select a system on the grid
Step 3: Press “View System” button on top of the page
Step 4: Press Create A Change Request button on the bottom of the page
Step 5: Press Create button under “Production Reporter Contact”
Complete the Request
If the selected system is within capacity limit to report manually (25 kW DC for Solar PV and
25 kW AC for non-PV), the requester will have four (4) options to complete the Change
Request:
Option 1: Select an automated DAS from the dropdown menu
Option 2: Press “Use My Contact Information” to make the Change Request requester’s
contact information the new Production Reporter’s contact information. If the existing
system owner wants to switch to manual reporting and report for their own system(s), they
can press this link to fill the form with their contact information.
Option 3: Press “Use Existing System Owner Information” to make the existing system
owner the new Production Reporter.
Option 4: Enter a manual reporter contact in the text input fields
If the selected system is over the capacity limit to report manually (over 25 kW DC for Solar
PV and over 25 kW AC for non-PV systems), the requester will only have the option to select
an automated DAS from the dropdown.
The requester can enter notes in the Communication Log when they are filling in the form
and/or when they submit the form. The notes can be information that could be helpful
during the request review process (Suggested Change Request Effective Date).
Please Note: GIS account holders must attach proof of acknowledgment from the system owner if the owner will be manually reporting for the system. Proof of acknowledgment can be an email from the GIS Account Holder notifying the owner and receiving an email receipt confirmation from the owner.
