What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot Password?” on the PTS Login page

1. Click the LOGIN button on the PTS home page.
2. Click the link Forgot Password? below the password field.
3. Enter the email address that you used with the account.
4. Click the SUBMIT
5. Check your email for the “MassCEC Password Reset Request” email.
6. Click the Reset Password button or link.
7. The page to Enter a new password will open in your web browser.
8. Enter your new password twice.
9. Click Submit.
