Please confirm you are entering your email address and password correctly. Passwords are case sensitive. You can click on the eyeball next to the password box to view your password:

If you are copying and pasting your login information, please check that no extra spaces have been copied at the beginning or end of either your email address or password.
If your login information is saved to your internet browser or another password management system, please confirm the correct login information is saved. If you update your email address or password in PTS, you will also need to update your login information in your browser or password manager.
