Please add the following email addresses to your safe sender list to ensure that they don't get blocked by your email service:
- no-reply@masscec-pts.com (auto emailer)
- pts@masscec.com (customer service)
Another reason you may not get the reporting reminder is if you no longer use the email address on record for your system. Please see the article linked below for instructions on how to update your email address.
